Tianjin Shuangjie Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was set up in 1978. With development for many years, it has now developed into a company with more than 700 staff, of which, 90 technicians, and a scientific and technical personnel and operators with over 30 years’ practical experience in welded pipe production.

Located in Beichen district of Tianjin, adjacent to Beichen Economic Development Zone, 50 kilos away from Tianjin Xingang Port, the company has a through access railway to the factory floor and covers an area of over 270,000 square meters.

 Since the set-up of factory in 1978, by introducing advanced equipments, depending on scientific-technical progress and strengthening quality management, the company has developed into an enterprise that has five high-frequency weld-pipe production lines(Φ45、Φ60、Φ114、Φ325、Φ630), three slitting production lines, three production lines of hot dip processed Zinc pipes, one production line of composite water supply steel tube with plastic epoxy resin as internal coating, and annual maximum capacity of 700,000 tons.

Among them, the production line of Φ630 FFX high-frequency straight seam welded pipe with international advanced level is equipped with technological outfit, examination technology and Automative control technology, which are advanced in foreign countries.

According to the standards such as ISO、API、ASTM、JIS、BS、EN、DIN、GB and so on, the company can produce pipes of variety and various specifications, such as ERW common welded pipes, pipeline tubes of petroleum and gas, sleeve for oil well and galvanized steel pipes. These pipes are widely applied to pressures lines of petroleum、natural gas、water、coal gas and so on; they are also widely used in the fields of energy、traffic、chemical industry、machinery、irrigation、building and so on.

As the leading product of the company, constantly sticking to the tenet of  “ Quality first, Credibility first”, over the years, high-frequency welded pipe has been not only the famous-brand product in Tianjin, state-recognized quality product( as the welded products are widely applied to national key projects), but also exported to more than 20 countries and areas, such as USA、Canada、Gulf States、Australia、Hong Kong and so on, thus, the company has become one of China’s main welded steel pipes export enterprises.
